I’m not confident enough get to let someone lead belay me I don’t know on a multi-pitch. I also think if I were to injure myself. I want someone more experienced with me to help me get off! But I’m still a very nervous leader with a history of shoulder dislocations so I’m pretty cautious.

Thanks for reading. I think being cautious is perfectly okay, especially considering your history with shoulder dislocations. Are you able to reduct your own shoulder? Or do you usually need professional help?

Yeah, I can resolve it myself and since surgery I haven't had almost 4 years with no issues which has been great! It's only been two years of climbing regularly again though, so takes some as a climb harder grades to get more confident in a multi-pitch environment especially.
